Swiss Recovery Systems Turkey began its activities in 2016 with the help of Swiss technology and engineering, it aims to provide national solutions to domestic production and food waste with its maChines which are completely produced with domestic facilities and recycle 300 kg. of food waste as water and organic fertilizer in 2 cycles in 24 hours.
Benefiting from the long-standing sectoral experiences of Mr. Zeki Yıldırım, our Chairman of the Board of Directors who has had a successful business life in Switzerland for many years, and his business partners; setting out with basic missions to contribute to the recycling and environmental awareness in Turkey, to produce solutions in the field of organic recycling, and to eliminate the need for imported fertilizers; SRST recycling machines, are produced entirely in Turkish domestic industry with local partnerships.
With the consultancy of engineers who have undertaken important jobs in the field of machinery production abroad, SRST, which produces gradually in accordance with quality standards, completes the recycling process in maximum 24 hours; with an oil temperature of 140 degrees and air vapor temperature of 250-300 degrees, it produces anti-bacterial product in a full-automatic process.
SRST machines, which also make a difference with their fully automatic systems, offer 3 types of recycling machines: household model (1-2 kg), medium-scale model (45 kg) and large-scale model (300 kg).
With 3 different size options, SRST organic recycling machines can be used in municipalities, factories, food production facilities of all types and sizes, hotels and resorts, housing estates and sites, shopping malls, school and dormitory cafeterias, SME cafeterias, universities, restaurants, and offices, including home users and individual residences.
Besides their environmental benefits, Swiss Recovery Systems Turkey (SRST) recycling machines both save our country from a burden and provide financial benefits to the companies using these machines by making garbage valuation.
The annual food waste in Turkey has exceeded TRY 214 billion. This grave situation reveals the necessity of implementing various policies and taking mandatory measures for awareness in this field.
The Zero Waste Project, which stands out within these national measures, makes a difference as an approach that both protects the environment and contributes to the Turkish economy by preventing waste and ensuring the use of resources more efficiently.
Today, so much recyclable resource is wasted, and it leads to both waste of energy and resources. With the Zero Waste Project, the waste, which is one of the most adversely affecting factors not only for the environment but also for the national economy, is repeatedly recycled into usable resources.
Each country has its specific recycling projects due to the deterioration in the balance of the world and the increase in the need for scarce resources. The Zero Waste Project is among the most important and valuable projects that are models to all world countries and enables the reuse of natural resources.
With the Swiss technology and know-how, Swiss Recovery Systems Turkey (SRST), continuing its production activities in our country by producing 3 types of recycling machines entirely with domestic resources; aims to eliminate the cost of moving and storing garbage by recycling the waste into water and organic fertilizer.
As SRST, we continue our activities with the basic philosophy of “giving back what we received from the soil back to the soil as fertilizer and water” and also support the Zero Waste Project.
In the next step of the project, by producing a high-volume, large, industrial-type machine with a capacity of 2,000 kg, which can recycle organic wastes into compost in a short time, we continue our activities at full speed in line with the main objectives of recycling more organic waste in less time and making maximum contribution to the national economy.
