All About the Recycling Technologies

Recycling technologies include all recycling machines manufactured using advanced technologies that recycle domestic waste in approximately 12 hours.

Thanks to recycling technologies, domestic wastes can be recycled into organic fertilizer, fertile soil water, and seed by consuming minimum electricity in a short time as 12 or 24 hours on average. Besides their environmental benefits, recycling technologies also save our country from a burden by ensuring garbage valuation.

Environmental and National Approach in Recycling Technology

These technologies also provide financial benefits to Turkey. Thanks to the use of domestic resources within the scope of recycling technologies, we produce recycling machines which are both more economical and more efficient than their equivalents. As SRST, we utilize recycling technologies for environmental and national benefit.

The users of SRST machines can eliminate the problems of organic waste disposal and save their money spent on this issue, they can make a profit by selling the recycled waste as fertilizer or can use it to obtain fertile soil on their land. In addition to its commercial benefits, a better environment and living space is created for future generations.

How Is The Recycling Machines’ Operation Principle?

The operation principle of recycling technologies is completely designed using advanced engineering solutions. Maximum benefit is obtained with the lowest electricity consumption. Recycling machines completes all recycling operations within a maximum of 24 hours.

With its automatic operation principle, it ensures anti-bacterial odorless recycling process with the oil temperature of 140°C and air vapor temperature of 300°C. During the operation of recycling machines for 12 hours, 6 process sections become active.

These stages and the operation principle are as follows:

In the 1st process section of the machine, the temperature starts to rise and the waste foods are mixed slowly and chopped automatically. The viscosity of the waste foods in the boiler starts to increase at this point. This means that the fluidity of the waste foods decreases and the water in the waste foods evaporates and passes into the boiler air as water vapor.

In the 2nd process section, the drying process of the waste foods is completed at the factory set operating temperature. During the operation of the machine, waste foods are dried and dehydrated. While moisture in the waste food is reduced smoothly, the nutritional values are maintained. The viscosity does not change, it remains constant.

In the third process section, the advanced drying phase is completed. The volume of the waste foods decreases considerably at this stage and the viscosity increases rapidly.

In the 4th process section, the moisture in the waste foods rapidly decreases to 8%-10% levels. The viscosity of the waste food reaches its maximum value at this stage. The waste food mass becomes a sticky and dry structure.

All critical stages are completed in the 5th process section. The waste food particles begin to gradually turn into powder. The temperature continues to be controlled automatically.

The alarm temperature is reached due to the increase in oil temperature in the 6th process section. The machine starts the cooling cycle automatically. The mixer in the boiler continues to rotate at this stage.

Although waste foods are dried, materials and food wastes in the boiler can absorb more energy. All these stages are completed within 12 hours.

Operating Principle of SRST Recycling Machines

Thanks to SRST Recycling Machines, domestic wastes are recycled into organic fertilizer and efficient irrigation water in a very short time.

Through recycling technologies, domestic wastes are recycled into organic fertilizer, fertile soil water, and seed with minimum electricity consumption in a short time as 12 or 24 hours and given back to nature.

In addition to the advantages and contributions to the environment, recycling technologies also enable us to make waste valuation and save our country from a great burden and bring greater benefits.

Operation System of SRST Machines

SRST Recycling Machines have 6 operation sections. In the first process section of the machine, the temperature rises and the waste food starts to be chopped slowly. On the other hand, the viscosity of the domestic foods in the boiler increases slowly in this section.

In this way, the fluidity of the food is reduced and the water in it is transferred to the boiler air through evaporation. In the 2nd process section, the food waste is dried at the factory set operating temperature.

As the waste is dried, it is allowed to lose water. The water in this area is transferred to the other side. While the volume of waste foods decreases, the moisture included in them decreases as well. In the 5th process section, the critical stages are completed. The waste food particles are gradually crushed to turn into powder.

The temperature is automatically controlled at this stage. The material in the boiler continues to absorb heat to a lesser extent from the thermal oil heaters.

Thus, the temperature control in the boiler leads to oscillations of greater amplitude. The alarm temperature is reached due to the increase in oil temperature in the 6th process section. The machine starts the cooling cycle at this stage.

The heaters are turned off. The mixer in the boiler continues to rotate. The factory setting for the cooling cycle is set to 1 hour. However, these values can be changed.

With an oil temperature of 140 degrees and air vapor temperature of 250 to 300 degrees, Recycling Machines complete the recycling process operates with the principle of anti-bacterial odorless production. While the recycling process takes 24 hours for 300 kg of domestic waste, SRST household-type recycling machines, which are produced for individual use, recycle 1 kg of domestic waste in 1.5 hours.
